2026年9月14日--Analog Devices, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADI)與Alif Semiconductor宣佈,雙方已達成最終協定,ADI將以13.5億美元全現金交易收購Alif。

交易詳情
根據雙方董事會已批准的協定條款,ADI將向Alif股東支付13.5億美元的前期現金對價,具體以最終協定條款為準。此外,ADI還可能支付最高2億美元的額外或有對價。該交易預計將於2026年底前完成,具體取決於慣常的交割條件,以及修訂版《1976年哈特-斯科特-羅迪諾反壟斷改進法案》(Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976) 規定的適用等待期(及其任何延期期限)屆滿。
