2018年6月7日--全球硬碟機與儲存方案領導供應商希捷科技(NASDAQ: STX)宣佈其所參與、由貝恩資本私募股權投資公司領軍的投標聯盟，已完成先前所宣布對東芝集團旗下東芝記憶體公司的收購，並由專為此次收購組建的日本公司K. K. Pangea完成。希捷以現金出資約12.7億美元。
